Masteratul de Studii de Munca-Parteneriat SNSPA SL-TC

Descriere:
Masteratul de Studii de Munca este un program acreditat ARACIS, cu durata de 2 ani (120 credite ECTS), organizat de Facultatea de Stiinte Politice din cadrul SNSPA Bucuresti.
Programul ofera 15 locuri gratuite (subventionate de la bugetul de stat), si 10 locuri cu taxa.
Abordarea curriculara este interdisciplinara cu subiecte de discutie si paradigme din stiinte sociale: Stiinte Politice, Sociologie, Economie, Antropologie, Drept, Relatii Internationale, Stiintele Educatiei, Filosofie, Psihologie, Administratie publica, Jurnalism si Stiintele Comunicarii.
Programul se adreseaza absolventilor de invamant superior interesati de cercetarea unor probleme cum ar fi: relatiile de munca; politicile publice in domeniul pietei fortei de munca; resursele umane; modelele de institutii economice si sociale din Europa, America si Asia; relatiile dintre sindicate; firme si stat; grupurile de interese; institutiile de concertare a politicilor sociale; politici de recrutare si pregatire a angajatilor.

Relatii de munca comparate; Stratificare si mobilitate sociala; Constructia pietei fortei de munca si institutiile negocierilor colective in Europa; Forme ale capitalismului; Dreptul muncii european si international; Migratie si munca; Managementul resurselor umane; Sociologia grupurilor de interese; Leadership si schimbare organizationala; Metode de analiza a datelor; Dialog civic si reprezentare sociala; Socio-Antropologia relatiilor de munca, Stagiu de practica organizat in companii private (departamente de resurse umane), institutii ale statului, ONGuri.

Din anul 2016 Masteratul este membru in reteaua European Master in Labour Studies (MEST/EMLS), studentii masteratului beneficiind de schimburi academice Erasmus+ dedicate, la una din celelalte 13 universitati membre in reteaua MEST/EMLS:

Admitere:
Conditii minimale: diploma de licenta (sau adeverinta pentru absolventii din anul 2016), cunoasterea limbii engleza la nivel minim B2.
Termen limita pentru inscriere 15 septembrie 2016.
Interviurile pentru admitere vor avea loc in data de 16 septembrie 2016 (12:00 PM, Bd Expozitiei 30A, etajul 7, Facultatea de Stiinte Politice).
Pana atunci, platforma online ( http://admitere-masterat.politice.ro) va ramane deschisa si va permite candidatilor sa se inscrie. Aici candidatii trebuie sa incarce un CV comprehensiv si o scrisoare de motivatie (1-2 pagini), redactate in limba engleza.

The MA program in Labour Studies ( http://labourstudies.politice.ro) is a two-year English-teaching program in the Faculty of Political Sciences at National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), accredited by ARACIS (The Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). It aims to develop a new generation of specialists (practitioners and researchers) in the field of labour and industrial relations.
The program offers 15 tuition waiver fee scholarships supported by the public education budget, and 10 tuition fee places.
The program has an interdisciplinary approach, offering courses and debates on topics from ranging from Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Law, International Relations, to Education Studies, Philosophy, Public Administration and Journalism.
The programs is developed for students interested in subjects such as, but not limited to: labour and industrial relations; public policies of labour market and workforce; human resources; models of social and economic institutions and relations in Europe, America and Asia; the interaction between unions, firms and state; interest groups; institutions and practices of collective bargaining; politics of recruiting and training employees.

International collaboration:
Since 2016 the MA program in Labour Studies is member in the European Master in Labour Studies Network MEST/EMLS. This consortium offers the students the unique opportunity to take part in Erasmus+ exchange programs with 13 universities members in the MEST/EMLS network:

the admission interviews will be organized on September 16, 2016 (12:00 PM, Bd Expozitiei 30A 7-th floor, Faculty of Political Science). Until then, the online admission platform will remain open thus allowing the candidates to register for the interview and upload the required documents, at their own pace, until September 15, 2016.
